Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: email address and name when you register.

Usage data: pages visited and basic device info, collected via privacy-friendly analytics (DataFast) to improve the product.

Workspace data: conversations, files, and credentials you store in your dedicated OpenClaw workspace.

2. How we use it

To provision and operate your OpenClaw instance, process payments, and send transactional email (receipts, provisioning status).

We never sell your data and never use your workspace content to train models.

3. Where it lives

Each workspace runs in its own isolated container. Credentials are stored in an encrypted vault (AES-256-GCM). Daily encrypted backups.

4. Third parties

Payments are processed by Polar. Infrastructure runs on Hetzner and Cloudflare. Transactional email is delivered via Resend.

5. Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by contacting support. Deleting your account destroys your workspace and its backups within 30 days.
