Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. The service
Chat OpenClaw provides managed hosting for OpenClaw agents — a dedicated, always-on workspace connected to your chat apps. The same platform powers the OpenClaw brand network (theclawd, eClawd, and others); whichever brand you signed up through, these terms apply.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials safe. One workspace per subscription unless your plan says otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
No spam, no abuse of third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack rate limits and ToS apply), no illegal content, no attempts to break isolation between workspaces.
We may suspend workspaces that endanger the platform or other customers.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed via Polar, monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period. 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase.
5. Availability & data
We target high availability with auto-restart watchdogs and daily encrypted backups, but the service is provided “as is” without uptime warranties unless your plan includes an SLA.
Your data is yours. Export anytime. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the dashboard. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
